Stay Strong Virtual Race to support the Flying Point Foundation for Autism
What is a virtual race? A virtual race allows athletes to run in their own neighborhood at a time they select and still be recognized for their accomplishment.
Most parks are open as long as you practice Social Distancing. Obey local laws.
If you need to, you can participate on a treadmill.
These are difficult times. It is important for your health and safety to follow the rules set forth by our local governments out of an abundance of caution! Better safe and healthy, than sorry and sick.
It is especially important that we get outside, in the sun and exercise for our physical and mental health.
Run, Walk or Hike in small groups. Anywhere, anytime, and distance. For your saftey: Keep it off road, pedestrian path, trail or park! Avoid crowded areas.
Stay 6 feet apart at all times! Take all precautions! Carry disinfectant wipes. Don’t touch anything or anyone! Drink lots of water! Bring your own!
Once registered you will be given a bib number. You will be listed on the results page with a field where you and enter your time manualy. Be Honest! You can also submit photo's. Maintain Social Distance. If you ordered swag, your swag will be shipped after the race is closed!
Want to support a runner or walker or collect pledges from friends and family? That's GREAT!
The more YOU raise, the more we can do for FPF families. Ask your family and friends to support you (and US) by making a donation here.
